Ambassador Transit Hotel - Terminal 3 - Singapur

Ambassador Transit Hotel – Terminal 3, Singapore is located airside within Changi Airport, Terminal 3, Departure Transit area. Access is via the escalator near Departure Transfer B counter. The hotel provides hourly accommodations with a minimum 6-hour booking requirement. Guests are advised to check the number of hours specified for each room type before booking.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
As the hotel is situated airside in the RestrictedTransit area, transit travelers must NOT clear immigration or customs. This means that guests must be in transit—traveling to another country via Singapore—without passing through Singapores arrival immigration. Once immigrationcustoms is cleared, re-entrythe transit area will not be permitted until the airline counter opens before departure.

For departing passengers from the city, please note that most airline check-in counters open only 3 hours before departure. Access to the transit area is not allowed earlier unless your airline provides early check-in services.

If you need assistance upon arrival, our 24-hour front desk is available to guide you on luggage collection, onward boarding passes, and re-entering the transit area.
